Step 1
Free Consultation
A thorough scalp and donor-area assessment in our diagnostic room. Family is welcome. We review your medical history, hair loss pattern, and restoration goals — no pressure to book.
Step 2
Procedure Day — Arrival
Anesthesia: 1% Lidocaine + 1:200,000 adrenaline solution for comfort throughout. Entertainment systems available. Complimentary lunch provided during extraction.
Step 3
Extraction
Individual follicles harvested with our <1mm precision tool. Grafts immediately stored in hypothermosol solution at 40°C to maintain viability until implantation.
Step 4
Implantation
Dr. Tawfik uses the DFI Lions Implanter to place each follicle at the exact angle, depth, and direction — ensuring natural growth patterns and seamless density.
Step 5
Post-Op Care
First gentle wash 24 hours after surgery. Recipient area wash begins at day 3. Full aftercare instructions provided. Follow-ups at 2, 6, 9, 12, and 18 months.
Step 6
Your Results
Initial growth visible at 8–12 months. Full, optimal density at 12–18 months. Transplanted follicles are DHT-resistant — your results are permanent.

Dr. Tawfik leads our hair restoration division, specializing in advanced minimally invasive techniques like DHI (Direct Hair Implantation) and DFI (Direct Follicle Implantation) for results that look natural and blend seamlessly with each patient’s features.
Every plan is tailored to the individual, because hair restoration is as much about restoring confidence and sense of self as it is about hair.
Dr. Elder leads our esthetic division with deep experience in Botox, dermal fillers, and skin rejuvenation, combining precision and artistry to enhance each patient’s natural beauty.

What happens at my consultation?

How long is the procedure?
Typically 4–8 hours depending on the number of grafts. You’ll be comfortable throughout — entertainment systems are available and we provide a complimentary lunch during extraction.
When is my first wash after the procedure?
Your first gentle wash is 24 hours after surgery. You’ll begin washing the recipient area at day 3. We provide full aftercare instructions before you leave.
Are the results permanent?
Yes. Transplanted follicles come from DHT-resistant areas of your scalp and maintain that resistance in their new location. Results are permanent.
